L+R acquired 99 City Road, a 165,000 sq ft office building in 2013 at a time when Shoreditch was just becoming the UK tech centre. L+R saw the demand coming from across the globe for such a prime location.
From L+R’s massing study it was understood that we could develop over 400,000 sq ft of prime offices. L+R disposed of this asset at the height of the tech belt market.
