Cardington Studios is one of the largest indoor spaces within Europe and is home to some of the largest film productions globally.
Home to an array of blockbuster films and one of the largest and tallest indoor stages in Europe, Cardington Studios is a top choice for film production and stadium tour rehearsals. Its expansive height is 158 feet at the apex and 122 feet at the eaves, with load-bearing, variable-height grid and catwalk systems—allowing designers to build without restriction.
Located 55 miles north of central London, the studio offers four stages—or one 140,000-square-foot “super stage”—offices, workshops, vast holding areas and additional support space, plus 10 acres of parking and backlot. In addition, three Rubb set-storage buildings are located on the property.
Recent productions at the studio include Star Wars, Batman Begins, Inception, Dark Knight, Pan, and Dumbo.
